Applications
A calm system for job applications you can keep for six weeks

Application fatigue is usually clutter. You cannot improve what you cannot see. Six weeks is long enough to learn what gets replies if you stop restarting the process every Sunday.
One row per role
Company, role, date sent, follow-up date, status. That is enough. Colour codes and dashboards can wait until the table is used.
Two versions of the CV
Not twelve. One for operations and writing. One for technical work. Tailor the top third only. The rest can stay stable so you do not invent a new biography each night.
Friday review
Close dead roles. Send the one follow-up you promised. Stop refreshing inboxes at midnight. Friday is for deciding, not for applying in a rush.
Protect the rest of the week
Job search is work. It should not eat meals and sleep. A contained system is how you last long enough to get the reply.
